Job Summary

Apex Property is seeking an experienced Legal Expert with a minimum of 3 years of bar council practice to join our dynamic team. The Legal Expert will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing property-related legal matters, and providing expert advice to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel on real estate transactions, property disputes, and contractual agreements.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all company operations and transactions adhere to applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
• Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
• Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or litigation involving real estate matters.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customer support, to address legal concerns and ensure smooth workflows.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and advise the company on their implications.
• Vetting: Conduct thorough vetting of property documents to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and legal compliance before finalizing transactions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of active practice with the Bar Council of Bangladesh.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property transactions, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh. Must have good understanding of Land law, Mutation, Law of limitation, law of registration.

Skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bengali.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
